No, the software doesn't offer the possibility to change those features, but there is a way. First use HP Advisor to generate the status about your computer and export that information to a file then use your favorite document processor and open the file. Adjust the font and characters size, etc then print it. It's more easier to do it this way.
If your printer is installed, you can go to Printers in Control Panel and drag the printer's icon to the desktop. Basically, you're creating a shortcut to the printer queue window.
My software is no longer working. It doesn't burn CDs or DVDs anymore and it tells me that there is no CD in the disc drive. What can I do?

If the disc is not recognized, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Disc drives list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to retrieve the drivers. If it doesn't help, run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft. It is developed to identify and repair CD or DVD drive issues, when you cannot burn or play CD or DVD discs. If you still have problems, I suggest you reinstall the application. Also, you can use an alternative program from Software Informer database.
Uninstall your current HP Total Care Advisor and download and install the latest version. You can visit Software Informer review page of the product to obtain a link to the official download. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install the utility following the provided instructions.
I purchased my computer with the stipulation that it would come with HP Organize as my previous computer. It is not on my PC. I will send it back if I can't solve the problem. Can you help?

Unfortunately, the HP Organize software seems to be discontinued by its developer and you can't acquire it anymore. In the past, it was packaged with all HP computers. The only way to obtain more information about it, is to contact the developer.
Uninstall your current HP Advisor and download and install the last version from the HP Consumer Support web page. On the same page you can check the HP Advisor system requirements and the installation guide.

Try uninstalling the application (if possible) and then installing it again. This should fix it.
